OXANDROLONE 10mg

INTRODUCTION:

Oxandrolone is a steroid which is prescribed to promote muscle growth and weight gain after the weight loss as the result of extensive surgery, severe trauma, or chronic infections, and in some people who fail to weight gain or maintain their normal body weight and for the treatment of pain in case of osteoporosis.

Oxandrolone is an anabolic and man-made steroid that promotes muscle growth and similar to that naturally occurring steroid that is testosterone. It is also used for the treatment of muscle loss which is caused by using other steroids medicine.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:

This medicine is taken orally 2 to 4 times per day or according to the doctor’s prescription. If the stomach is upset this can be taken with milk or food.

Adults:

 

The response of individuals to oxandrin (Oxandrolone 10mg) varies from person to person. Dosage for adults is 2.5 mg to 20 mg divided 2 to 4 doses daily.  A desired or expected response can be achieved with this 10 mg. the course of this therapy of 2 to 4 weeks or maybe repeated discontinuously as indicated. 

Children:

 

For children the daily dosage should be ≤ 0.1 mg per kilogram of body weight. This can be repeated intermittently as indicated.

Note:- Under the high dosage, 40 mg to 60 mg body feels that enough testosterone is present and stop naturally producing testosterone in the body and protein catabolism starts until the body returns to its normal testosterone level.
