Propionate 150 is an old steroid, propionate is the active compound of testosterone propionate.  Testosterone propionate is a derivative of naturally occurring testosterone. Testosterone propionate is a short ester and rapid-acting compound to other ester derivatives of testosterone. Propionate was first introduced in the 1930s. it was initially used for the treatment of males with a low level of naturally occurring testosterone at the time of puberty. Daily dosage of testosterone is recommended as 50 mg to 100 mg per day. After 2 days the dosage range increases up to 100 mg to 200 mg per day. The duration of the total course is 4 to 6 weeks. Its half-life is 2 to 3 days propionate shows peak effect within 24 hours.
